Dear Madam/Sir,

This is to inform you that the "Advantage Airtech" company is our HVAC contractor for a very long period. They also, work for us in some other buildings (YCC386, MTCC1405, etc.)

From the first day of their service we never had a problem with their expertise and their work. Opposite, we are very pleased with their service.

Always on time, always professional and always available for their clients (we had many situations in the past where we needed their help in the middle of the night).

Also, I can assure you that the "Advantage Airtech" is very frequently used for the "second opinion" at the properties that do not use them as a primary contractor.
It is my absolute pleasure to deal with them all these years (please, keep in mind that I am a property manager with 20+ years of experience in the industry and I fully stand behind my words).

We have found their honesty, integrity, and expertise to be far above average. Since they have taken over out building, we have seen a reduction in the num- ber of service calls.

It is my pleasure to provide this reference letter for Advantage Airtech Ltd.

Our corporation consists of two high rise towers (27 floors each) with 611 residential units and 10 retail units. The common areas include an indoor pool, a party room and a stand alone house (a Historical House), all together the "Property".

Advantage Airtech was originally awarded a project to resolve a venting issue which they successfully completed above expectations. Subsequently in 2014 they were awarded the full HVAC maintenance contract for the Property and they have been providing services at the Property ever since.

In 2015 we have installed a Building Automation System and connected most of our equipment to it. Advantage Air cooperated with this project and incorporated the remote access to their maintenance program resulting in a more efficient service and immediate response to any issues.

We are very grateful for all the support and advice they provided over the years which saved us unnecessary expenses and provided many improvements to existing equipment. For example, one of the heat exchangers located on the roof of one of the towers failed just before winter season, replacement would have been very expensive as in addition to the cost of equipment a crane is required to lift it to the roof. So, the technicians from Advantage Airtech worked out a repair plan which was approved by TSSA and they expedited the work and worked closely with TSSA to minimize any down time and inconvenience of no heat to the residents and allowing us time to properly plan and budget for the replacement.

All the technicians attending to our pfroperty are highly skilled and technicians perform their job in a timely and professional manor and it's always a pleasure to interact with them and learn something new from them regarding our equipment.

We definitely recommend Advantage Airtech for any HVAC maintenance work or repair.

My name is Cathy M., and I am a Property Maintenance Manager.

We have been using Advantage Airtech Ltd. for our HVAC Service provider and are very happy. We recently did two projects with them, one being replacing our entire domestic hot water boilers and the replacement of one of our makeup air units.

Both jobs went flawlessly, and they also did all the work to secure us two significant rebates from Enbridge.

One other firm that quoted did not offer any rebate and another basically told us to take care of it ourselves.

Aside from these projects we have a maintenance contract with them, and they handle any emergencies that arise.

We find their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and always prompt in supplying the necessary services.

We also like that they provide us with an Account Manager who assists us with budgeting for future, securing rebates, and is there to take care of any concerns that we have.

As the maintenance supervisor for the Grace Canada Inc. Ajax Site, it is my responsibility to select contractors to provide services for our building.

Every three years, these services are put out to tender, with selections based on past performance, business ethics, integrity and pricing. For the past eight years, I have selected Advantage Airtech for all of our HVACR needs.

My dealings with Andy Clowes, President of Advantage Airtech, and all his service technicians have been very professional. At no time have I questioned his honesty or integrity when discussing our building’s needs and his suggestions on how to improve our HVACR systems.
